Peacock Wedding Cake

This cake was for a peacock themed wedding. I actually did not back or frost the cake. The bride and groom had a cake shipped from a bakery in Maryland called Caroline's Cakes. It came frosted. All I had to do was stack it, pipe all the details and decorate it. The cake was a caramel cake with the most amazing caramel frosting.
